Internal and external refurbishment to a classic Victorian-era red brick building in Hampstead. Works involved:
- Installation of temporary works.
- Extension of scaffolding and provision of temporary roof.
- Removal of roof structure complete.
- Installation of steel box frames up through the building.
- Install of steel frame for new 3rd floor structure complete.
- Installation of steel frame for new roof structure.
- New roof crown and mansards with lead clad dormers and velux windows.
- Waterproof tanking to basement area.
- Brick replacements to all elevations.
- New single storey extension to rear.
- Insulation and felt / lead finishes to all lower level roofs and bays.
- Helical tie repairs to flank wall and other misc areas.
