One Warrington Gardens is a detached residential apartment block spanning over 6 storeys above ground level.

This project consisted of extensive render repairs to the elevations, joinery repairs to the windows and doors, glazing replacement, roofing repairs to the main roof, mansard, and box gutters.

The whole block was also fully decorated.
