Michael Cuttle
Managing Director
Michael has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He founded Cuttle in 1990 and has taken a leading role in all aspects of the business from the very beginning. Currently his focus is on all financial aspects of the business and project procurement. Michael values teamwork, honesty and has a key focus on staff development which is integral to the Cuttle approach.
He is married with three children and after that his next love is Arsenal and therefore hoping for better days ahead.

Seamus Kenny
Construction Director
Seamus joined Cuttle Construction in 2000 as a Contracts Manager and was appointed Director in 2006. He is responsible for managing and coordinating all construction activities across our projects including Health, Safety and Quality. Seamus has 25 years of experience managing projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, regeneration, new-build and local authority schemes.
He is married with two children and is an Arsenal season ticket holder.

Louisa Fennessy
Procurement Director
Louisa has 20 years experience in the construction industry, focusing on the company’s compliance. Louisa values hard work as well as staff well-being and works with them, as well as local communities and clients to ensure a holistic, well-rounded approach. With this in mind, she has focused on building communications with local Schools and colleges, providing work experience placements, university graduate placements and apprenticeships.
An avid reader and walker, Louisa also loves to unwind whilst visiting new places and maintaining strong relationships with friends and family alike.
