Conversion of empty shop units at Unit 62, Units 66-72 and an old toilet block into a new Enterprise and Community space as part of the Church Street Regeneration.
Units 66-72 were completely stripped out and remodeled into mini retail spaces. The toilet block was completely stripped out and remodeled into a cafe and community space.
Heritage and conservation works were undertaken to both areas.
