Located on Finsbury Square, a very busy road in Central London, this project presented logistical challenges relating to deliveries and pedestrian management, including the management of people coming in and out of the bar located below.

The building also backs onto The Artillery Ground which presented challenges for access to the rear elevations. Works included extensive repointing and joinery repairs to windows, replacement of heritage style french casement doors and complete redecoration to all elevations.
