Phase 1 included repair and restoration improvements to 10 individual shop units and upper elevations along Tottenham High Road.

After successfully completing Phase 1 of these works for £1M, we were successful in winning the tender for Phase 2 which involved shopfront refurbishment and improvement works to 8 properties.
