External and internal refurbishment works carried out in two phases.

Phase 1 involved the removal of the external fire escape, external refurbishment and internal alterations to facilitate a new platform lift.

Phase 2 involved the replacement of the structurally defective lantern roof light over the court room and modification to the comfort cooling in the room.
